Greetings! My name is Ariana Frinks and I am the Buckhead Atlanta J&J Chapter Teen President. I am currently a senior at Atlanta Girls’ School, dedicated to academic excellence and engaged in serving my local community.
I captain both the AGS varsity volleyball and varsity soccer teams, and serve as the founder and president of my school’s first Black Student Union. Additionally, I lead my school’s community service club, and represent Atlanta Girls’ School seniors as class social chair. I enjoy volunteering outside of school with Meals on Wheels Atlanta and My Sisters House.
I am also a Veritas Debate Institute Alum; taking home the sixth consecutive championship win with my cohort this summer at Harvard University!
I’m so excited to kick off this year with the Buckhead Atlanta J&J teens with great programming, community service, and lots of fun activities to connect and support each other.

Welcome Teens and Moms,
I am so excited to be your Lead Teen Sponsor for the upcoming year. I’ve been a member of Buckhead Atlanta Jack and Jill for the past 10 years. My husband, Tony, and I have two senior teens, Braden (c/o 2024) and Riley (c/o 2026).
In my professional life, I am Founder and Principal of BGM Consulting Inc., a strategy and operations consulting firm specializing in the animal health and consumer packaged goods industries. When I am not running my consulting business, I am planning our next family travel destination, entertaining, booking a trip to the spa, or reading romance novels.
I cannot wait to build on the great foundation that we have already established for the Buckhead Atlanta Teens. This year, along with my fellow Lead Teen Sponsors, LTS Autumn, LTS Brandi, LTS Kimberlyn, and the Teen E-board, we have some creative programming, events, and education opportunities planned for the teens!
